WHO WE ARE
BROUGH SUPERIOR
George Brough founded his marque in Nottingham in 1919 on a single conviction: that only the best was acceptable. Every machine that left his workshop carried a guarantee no other manufacturer would offer. that it had been tested at over 100 miles per hour before delivery.
That standard did not leave with him. When the marque returned to production in Toulouse, France more than seven decades after the original factory closed. It did so under the same terms: built entirely by hand and without compromise.
MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE
Every Brough Superior begins as raw material and ends as a singular object. Between those two points lies a process that cannot be hurried: components machined, assembled, and finished by hand in the Toulouse atelier, each one inspected against a standard that has not changed since the marque’s founding.
The factory produces a strictly limited number of machines each year. That is not a constraint, it is the condition under which this quality is possible.
BUILT ON HERITAGE
In 1919, George Brough built a motorcycle unlike anything available. By the 1920s, the SS100 had become the machine of choice for those who would accept nothing less, among them T.E. Lawrence, who owned seven and called his last one Boanerges. He was riding it when he died in 1935.
That history is not invoked lightly. It is the foundation against which every machine bearing the name is still measured.
BROUGH SUPERIOR AUSTRALIA
Australia has always produced riders and collectors of uncommon discernment. Brough Superior Australia was established to serve them as the authorised representative of the Toulouse atelier in this market, and as the point of introduction between the marque and those for whom it is made.
It is a relationship conducted at the pace the machines deserve: considered, unhurried, and built to last.
